Every employee has an evaluation interview once a year, and as their knowledge and skills increase, the amount of remuneration is also raised accordingly.

Every employee gets a training budget, which they can use for thematic events such as conferences, meetups in Poland and around the world, as well as training and certification. You can also spend some part of it on tools and equipment, such as a brand new headset or anything else that can improve your daily work life.

We meet in the office at least twice a week (you can work remotely 3 days a week). If you want to work from the office everyday - it’s great, go ahead! Our office is never empty :)

Regardless of the time of day, our gym is available for full use. We also cooperate with a personal trainer, who helps to arrange a training plan and individually monitors progress.

In the majority of our projects we work in Scrum with a Scrum Master on board who coordinates the workflow between the team and the client. We work in Jira, the most popular tool to handle requirements management and meticulously plan Sprints.

We know how important the work-life balance is for your wellbeing, which is why we have flexible working hours. You can start work anytime between 7:00 and 10:00 in the morning. We’re a great team and not only in a professional sense. We enjoy spending time together at work and after, which is why every month we meet for various events (parties, competitions, various activities such as escape rooms, bowling or lasertag) that allow us to get to know each other better.

For anyone interested, twice a week we hold English classes with a native speaker, who helps us feel more confident with our speaking capabilities and develop our language skills.

Many of our employees like to spend their time actively and we help them in doing so by co-funding a Multisport card.

Once a month we have an Internal Training at our office. During these Trainings we share our knowledge with our colleagues through short presentations on selected subjects. The training usually features a variety of topics related to our projects, as well as interesting news from the IT world. If you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, you can also become one of the speakers.

Creativity and initiative are important to us, so we constantly strive to create space for out-of-the-box solutions. We value the exchange of ideas, knowledge and values, and we believe that our team of specialists is the core of the company.

We understand the importance of practice, which is why we also have Internal Workshops, at which we work on improving our practical skills. If you’d like to lead a workshop of any kind and help your work friends improve their skill sets, that’s also an option. We’ll support you in any way we can.
