We’re looking for you if
at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
English at B2 level
experience conducting recruitment interviews (telephone, video calls, face-to-face)
experience selecting candidates who are the best fit for our organizational culture
a strong focus on providing an excellent candidate experience
knowledge of how to create and publish recruitment advertisements
Experience in direct candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, direct search), preferably in the IT industry
It's also nice if you have
experience in the IT industry
an interest in employer branding
a university degree in psychology
experience conducting periodic performance appraisals with employees
experience in conducting employee onboarding and offboarding
