We are a Software House from Gdynia with over 15 years experience in creating innovative web and mobile applications using Python and JavaScript. We highly value a good working atmosphere and basis on knowledge sharing. We have over 70 experienced IT specialists on board currently - programmers, testers and UX designers and together we provide high-quality solutions for small and medium-sized companies and start-ups in over 10 countries on 4 continents.
We’re looking for you if
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- English at B2 level
- experience conducting recruitment interviews (telephone, video calls, face-to-face)
- experience selecting candidates who are the best fit for our organizational culture
- a strong focus on providing an excellent candidate experience
- knowledge of how to create and publish recruitment advertisements
- Experience in direct candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, direct search), preferably in the IT industry
It's also nice if you have
- experience in the IT industry
- an interest in employer branding
- a university degree in psychology
- experience conducting periodic performance appraisals with employees
- experience in conducting employee onboarding and offboarding
