UX/UI Designer Intern

Each Intern completes a 3-month author's programme which is carried out under the supervision of a mentor. After the internship it is possible to continue cooperation as a Junior Designer and over 90% of the interns stay with us.

Requirements
- Knowledge of UX/UI Design
- Knowledge of Figma tool or similar
- Knowledge of Adobe XD and / or Photoshop
- Creative materials demonstrating past work and/or study experience (portfolio)
- Very good command of English language - B2
Nice to have
- Experience in working with an overseas client
- Past cooperation with a Software House
- Experience in working with Figma
- Animation skills
Internship tasks:
*including theory material + practical tasks
- UX methods (Design thinking, Human centered design)
- Design research: creating personas, competitors analysis, user journey map
- Information Architecture, Interaction structure, scenarios, wireframes
- Designing modern web and mobile applications
- Creating Style Guide, Design System
- Supporting the development team at the implementation stage
- Workshops with clients, understanding clients/business needs, presenting ideas, feedback analysis
- Redesign: workflow, users feedback, user testing
- Using existing libraries / design systems

The next step is a short call with our recruiter when you will talk more about the role, our values, projects, salary and what is important to you. It will take no more than 20-30 minutes and after a few days you'll get feedback.

Step 3. Meeting in our office
We are now in the middle of the recruitment process. Meeting at our office is very important for both sides. It’s a chance to meet our Manager, CEO and the whole team. It'll last around 1,5 hours and you'll be able to get to know us better, our values and your development. The next part is a verification of your technical skills and then live coding with the Tech Lead.

Step 4. Decision
After the meeting we'll decide if we would like you to be a part of the team or not. When you become our team member we'll start the onboarding process so that everything is ready for when you start working with us.
