STAGE 1
Analysis
During this stage we will perform a thorough analysis of your company's processes and product features, define the challenge and goals. We believe that at the heart of every improvement lies a deep understanding of the project, the vision, and the needs of its users. To identify growth opportunities, we need to first discuss the processes, features and aspects that are crucial for the company and users, gauge the potential pain points.
After this our team will prepare a report from the existing workflows and current processes and a high-level list of functional requirements that can be introduced.
STAGE 2
Identifying Areas for Improvement with AI
The second meeting will be solely devoted to the inspection of specific, high-impact opportunities offered by AI that can enhance processes or the features listed during the first stage. We will dive into the materials prepared at the first meeting and based on the information gathered there we will create a solid plan for introducing specific artificial intelligence solutions, such as natural language processing for improved customer interaction, machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics, or computer vision for advanced data recognition. All of those are aimed at saving time when performing individual activities.
Thanks to this stage we will clarify the most profitable route for feature expansion, time saving, determine which elements will be enhanced with AI solutions and which tools will be the most cost-effective and advantageous. We will finish this stage with a clear plan and a deep understanding of the AI integration process, including a prioritised roadmap of actionable steps, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact.
STAGE 3
AI Strategy and Implementation Planning
In the third stage of our AI Discovery Workshops, we will review and refine the results obtained so far, ensuring any necessary adjustments are made. We will examine the list of functional requirements from a technical perspective, focusing on AI integration. Additionally, we will address technical considerations in collaboration with AI engineers, identifying the tools and libraries that will facilitate the seamless delivery of AI-powered improvements. This stage will culminate in a comprehensive strategy for prototyping, ensuring that all elements are aligned for successful implementation.
Sometimes, if needed, especially when we work on SaaS products, and less often on company process automation, our UI/UX Design team will define the design process and outline the approach for user testing and feedback collection.
During this stage, clients will get a clear overview of the solutions considered during the first two stages.
STAGE 4
Evaluation Planning
This is a final stage of the workshops which offers the clients the opportunity to resolve all the remaining questions and issues. We will discuss all the remaining questions and aspects that can affect estimation of the AI solutions implementation.
After this stage our team will prepare and share a rough estimation for the execution of the expansion plan created during the workshops. During this stage we will take into account all the information gathered at the previous meetings and share a detailed rapport with the next steps.
